Well, maybe feeling better all around is the best reason of all, even with the advantages mentioned above. Everyone is aware that eating is necessary for survival, but it’s also critical to realize that the foods we eat have a significant impact on our health. We are all aware that this is easier said than done, though. I was first exposed to “CAT” by one of my close friends. CAT: What is it?
Cucumbers, avocado, and tomato are referred to as CAT. Eating natural, unprocessed meals first thing in the morning helps set you up for success. To be honest, I didn’t usually make it CAT for breakfast because I only enjoy tomatoes in salsa or spaghetti sauce. Furthermore, avocado was never seen in our home, not even in guacamole, which is known as guaca-Yucky. However, I will admit that I was inspired by others and told to “just try it.” Furthermore, what do you know? After all, it’s not so horrible. particularly if you mix in some sea salt and lime juice. I can now have cucumbers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I also added cauliflower to my menu. I would take the cucumber slices and the cauliflower and use the mashed avocado as a dip in order to get used to it.

I now schedule intentional walks of at least fifteen minutes each day throughout the day on my calendar. Getting only getting roughly 2000 steps a day before I tried this. Right now? Every day, I walk more than 6000 steps, and occasionally I walk more than 10,000. Before I took charge of my schedule and started acting, I could not have thought that was something I could accomplish.
