You should always ask about compensation when starting a new program or career. This program is the same as any other. As an Independent Contractor, your compensation will be above and beyond that of a typical employee. Earn as much as your schedule permits. With the option to teach to as many as 500 students per class and across grade levels and disciplines, your earning potential is limited only by the number of students you can attract to your platforms.

- Need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone to just earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure that will be used.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualification, talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided)
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
